A

change is osmolarity detected by receptor cells in afferent arterioles- secrete renin which releases angiotensin- signal to adrenal gland to secrete aldosterone which allows more salt to be reabsorbed from the loop of Henle- salt level balanced and urine less salty- afferent stop secretion at setpoint
