  • Incubation period of 6 - 48 hours (avrg of 24 hrs)
  • Diarrhea +/- blood
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Headache
  • Vomiting
  • Median infection period = 7 days

note: only really a problem in immunocompromised or have concurrent health issues
