Roll Up Fields display information from related records, allowing information from one record to appear on another
What are the steps involved with tracking a pledged gift with a number of payments in NPSP
- Create an opportunity record for the gift.
- Schedule the payments by clicking the Related tab, then Schedule Payments.
- Enter the number of payments, date of the first payment, and interval between payments.
- Click Calculate Payments to review the payment schedule.
Make any changes needed, then click - Create Payments.
- To track completed payments, mark them as Paid in the Payments related list.
- To refund a payment, click the Refund quick action on the payment record.
- To write off a scheduled payment, mark it as Written Off in the Payments related list.
What is the maximum number of payments that can be scheduled for a payment or pledge?
