Locale Settings
- Control Date and time, Address, Number Fields, Name
- Can be changed on the Organization level, meaning that overrides the User level
Organization ID
- Unique 15 characters for each Organization
- Good for Salesforce Support if something goes wrong
Currencies
- Salesforce allows single and multi-currencies
- Multi currency displays the default set currency and the secondary currency
Time Zones
- Controls the date and time of the user, according to the user zone setting
- User can override Organization settings
Languages
- Three (3) level of language are supported: Fully Supported, User Language and Platform-Only Language
- User can override on Organization Level
- Translation is supported
Storage
- Data and File storage is supported

Business Hours and Holidays
- Business hours can be set to make a range of availabilities of the Organization
- Holidays can be customize for business hour (this because other countries has different holidays)
Salesforce Fiscal Years Configuration
- Standard and custom fiscal years is supported
- Standard fiscal year works with 12 month structure
- Custom fiscal year can have custom periods
Salesforce Licenses
- User and Feature licenses are supported
- Shows the list of active, total, used and remaining licenses
What is Salesforce User Licenses?
- Define the baseline features available to the user
- Each user must be assigned one license

What is Language Preferences?
- Fully supported languages are available for selection for the default language.
- Other languages must be enabled in Language Settings before they can be selected.
What is Salesforce Fiscal Year?
- Defines the business year of the company
- Refers to Accounting year, Taxation year, financial year or the budget year.
What is Salesforce Feature License?
- Grants access to additional features that are not included in the standard licenses (Marketing and CRM Content)

- Grants users access to features that are not included in their standard licenses

- Allows users access data or information programmatically, instead of using the user interface

Is Multi-Currency Active By Default?
- NO (multi-currency must be enabled to be allow for use)
- Multiple currencies cannot be disabled after enabling the feature.
