F: Everytime we come out, we’re going to sweep and treat all of the overhangs
B: That’s going to make sure nothing can drop inside and nothing is coming back

P: Now down here at the base is my biggest concern. These cracks in the foundation are highways for a lot of the crawly bugs.
Tell me-how long have you lived in the home? Okay, so no one has been getting infested, but since you’ve been here, what kind of things have you seen here or there? (show bug chart) (Bug confessions)
F: So every time we come out, we’re going to treat 3 feet up, and 3 feet out, around the entire perimeter.
B: That’s going to make sure none of the (bug confessions) are able to nest inside the house

P: Real quick, do you guys have any pets or kids running around?
F: Cool, so a bunch of the neighbors loved this. Everything we use is 100% kid, pet, eco friendly. Basically we’re going to apply a bait all around the home-
B: The bugs are going to take this bait back to their colonies, and that’s going to wipe them out from the source.

P: Lastly, every 30-45 days, we’re going to come out-
F: We’re going to fog the entire property-the bushes, shrubs, and small trees-
B: And that’s going to help a lot with any ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes for you.

-Normally if you were to call me, it’d be about $349 DOLLARS, for the initial inspection, cleaning, and flushout…
-Monthly, it’s just $99 bucks, super affordable…
-Since we’re out here setting up this route, we’re actually taking $100 DOLLARS off
-So we’re getting everyone done for just $249 bucks, and that’s for everything
