I completely understand. But actually, you have 45 days from the time of your first inquiry to pull credit with other mortgage companies. It doesn’t affect your credit within the 45 days, this way you’re able to shop around and get the best possible offer.

If you’re working with your current bank or lender your information goes to the 3 credit bureaus from there it will go to companies like us to make sure you are getting the lowest rate available. It’s also possible that you filled out a form with one of our partners for more info online.
