Means the goods must be of an acceptable standard based on price . Example : apple on sale in a shop is rotten on the inside .The apples not of merchantable quality.
Fit for purpose
Means good must do exactly the job they are designed and intended to do.Example:a raincoat advertised as waterproof as lets in the rain.
As described
Means the goods must be exactly as described on the packaging brochure or by description of salesperson.Example:a shirt advertised as100% Cotten but is actually 50% nylon is not as described.
Match the sample
Means the goods must be identical to the sample displayed in the shop.Example: Tester paint pots or carpet samples.
Supplier is qualified and has necessary skills.
The supplier must be qualified and have the necessary skills and training to provide the service .Example: Doctor must have
Supplier provide service with proper care
The supplier must pay due care and attention when providing the service.Example:A mechanic must be very careful when fitting a new break pad in your car.
Materials are of merchantable quality
The supplier must ensure that the materials used in providing the service are of merchantable quality.Example:a hairdresser must use a scissors that is suitable for cutting hair.
Goods sold are of merchantable quality
The supplier must ensure that any goods sold as part of the service are of merchantable quality.Example:A shampoo sold in a barbers must be of merchantable quality.

Is like an insurance policy for which you must pay an additional charge

Is a written document that gives you permission to spend a certain amount in that shop only. You do not have to accept a Credit Note if your rights have been broken.
