(2) satisfactory quality
(3) reasonable fitness for purpose (special purpose, then must tell the seller)
Seller must be in course of business.
Liability is strict. Seller must prove they weren’t at fault

A reasonable price to be paid in absence of express term

The goods must correspond with the description
Can be a private or business deal

Buyer must reasonably rely on description
Beale v Taylor - may still apply even when goods have been inspected
Remedies- what are the rules for breach of SGA 1979?
Often - reject goods and recover damages
Exceptions - who cant’t reject goods?
Buyer is not vying as a consumer and the breach is so slight it would be unreasonable to reject it.
The buyer has accepted goods e.g. Keeping goods beyond a reasonably time
