Romaine, radicchio, spring mix tossed with soppressata salami, provolone, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, red onions, castlevetrano olives, piquillo peppers, Campari tomatoes. Dressed with oregano vinaigrette. Garnished with dry oregano and grated Grana padano

Kale, radicchio, romaine, clementines, dates, golden raisins, marcona almonds, quinoa, farro, cauliflower, goat cheese tossed in sherry vinaigrette

Tuscan kale tossed with Fuji apples, charred red grapes, crispy pancetta, croutons, pistachios, Grana padano and a Parmesan vinaigrette
Heirloom beet salad
Roasted and chilled beets (golden or candy striped) arugula, shaved apple and candied hazelnuts tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette. Sits on lemon Creme fraiche. Garnished with ricotta salata.
Caesar salad
Romaine lettuces and radicchio tossed with a traditional Caesar dressing and herbed garlic croutons. Garnished with fresh grated Grana padano.
Chopped chicken salad
Romaine, radicchio, spring mix tossed with 5 oz of grilled chicken. Gorgonzola vinaigrette and grape tomatoes. Topped with crumbled Gorgonzola and pine nuts
