Wedge Salad
Iceberg round topped w/ red wine vinegar, Cabernet buttermilk, grape tomato halves, candied bacon, thinly sliced radishes, pickled red onion, blue cheese crumbles, minced chives.
OP House Salad
House mixed greens (romaine, iceberg, Arcadia) tossed w/Granny Smith apples, Sonoma goat cheese, Sherry mustard vinaigrette. Topped w/candied walnuts.
Caesar Salad
Freshly chopped romaine lettuce, hand-tossed with Caesar dressing, lemon & brioche croutons.
Garnish: crispy Parmesan crisps, grated Parmesan.
Chop Chop Salad
Mix of romaine, Arcadia & iceberg tossed w/grape tomato halves, diced red onion, salami, smoked bacon, fresh mozzarella, shredded Parmesan, club dressing.
Garnish: Minced parsley, cracked black pepper, chopped hard boiled eggs, shredded Parmesan.
Shellfish “Cobb” Salad
2 oz poached shrimp
2 oz lobster meat
Tossed in lemonette and minced parsley. Served with house mix salad, roasted corn, candied bacon, grape tomatoes, avocado, hard boiled egg, Maytag blue cheese.
Garnish: Lemon wedge
