RECURRING JOURNALS:
In this Lesson, you will learn about Recurring Journals.

Recurring Journals: (GESGAF)
Path: Setup > Financials > Accounting Forms > Recurring Entries
We use: Recurring Entries (GESGAF) Function, to define the Setup of the Recurring Entries.
These includes: The Template Journal, Start/End Date, Type, and Generation Information.
- Recurring Journal Entries can eliminate the Data entry time for Journal Entries posted repetitively on a Set Cycle.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Define how often the Recurring entry should post. This includes a Specific number of Days, Weekly, 10 Day Period, 2 Week Period, or Monthly.
GENERATION TAB:
Use the Generation Tab to define the Document Type and Journal for the Actual Entry created.
GENERATING RECURRING ENTRIES:
Use Recurring Entries (VALABT) through Path: Financials > Current Processes > Recurring Entries, to process Recurring Entries defined.
