Introduction To Sage Intacct.
How do you Sing Into Sage Intacct?
Open an on one of the following supported browsers when using WINDOWS Operating System:
> Google Chrome Latest version.
> Mozilla Firefox Latest version, and
> Microsoft Edge.
When using MAC Operating System:
> Google Chrome Latest Version.
> Mozilla Firefox, and
> Safari.
How do you Loginto Sage Intacct?
Go to:
1) www.sage.com
2) Select Sage Intacct
3) Click on Login
When the Login screen opens, enter your credentials next to the 3 provided fields:
Company ID. eg: isisd-1014-c04
User ID. eg: Implementer
Password. eg: Implementer#
Then Click on Login.
How do you set up User preferences like the User’s Email Address?
Click on the User name that will appear on the Top right hand corner.
Click and open My Preferences, just below your User Name.
Scroll down until you get to the Security Preferences Tab.
Scroll done until you get to the Login Sub menu under the Security Preferences Tab.
Click on Change Account Email Address.
NB: All the other User Details like Names, User contact details, Password, Time out Settings, Approvals, On screen messages and other notifications, Display settings, Menu personalization, Page default settings, general Formats Preferences, etc are Setup under this menu path: User > My Preferences.
How do you set Up Your Favourites Menu using the Application Switcher?
Go to Applications on the Application Switcher.
Click on: COMPANY Module > Admin > Users and then Select the 🌟 star to have this Menu Path added to your Favourites Menu.
Go to COMPANY Module > Admin > Hover over Subscriptions > Select the 🌟 star to add Subscriptions function to the Favourites Menu.
Go to: COMPANY Module > Setup > Configuration > Hover over Import Data > Select a Star to have Import Data added to Favourites.
NB: We add those Functions that we frequent or use almost on a daily basis to simplify the search and save time!
To view or confirm your Favourites Menu, click on the 🌟 Star on your Top left corner.
To Sort the order of your Applications Switcher Menu or the Favourites menu, just drag and drop the Function menu or the Application.
