1.wet hand
2.add soap and rub for 20 seconds
3.clean under fingernails and up to elbows
4.rinse under warm water
5.use paper towel to dry hands
6. Use paper towel to turn off the tap

Any time you can! So you don’t cross contaminate
Where stood cleaning agents and chemicals be stored in the kitchen?
In a cool and dry place(NOT UNDER THEE SINK)
What should you do with knives when you are finished using them?
Clean right away and put back in a drawer
How do you cut a tomato?
-cut in half first to make a flat surface, use a cutting board and sharp knife to cut the rest

Always open lid tilted away from your face

Baking powder, water and flour

Don’t eat raw cookie dough because of the risk of salmonella
Best method to defrost chicken?
Let defrost in the fridge at the bottom shelf(coldest and darkest place), if not possible let thaw in cold water in the sink, change water every 30 minutes

It is a fame of time and temperature range of food potentially becoming unsafe to consume.
