Over 12 month = The other answer is towards profitability.= 18000 x 16%=AWV. Cost of the claim or injury divide it by the profit percentage for our location (16%) then divide by 52 weeks to get the weekly cost.

What is the function of the Safety Improvement Committee? Who should be members?

What does safety “Compliance” mean? Why is it important?
Being in accordance with established guidelines or specifications. We believe that every accident is preventabel and that all partners are responsible for continously improving safety.
Explain transactional versus transformational safety and give examples of each. Tell me about the transformational activities you have in your current role?
Transaactional –meaning to take action. For example completing the fire extingusiher safety checklist every month. Transformational is to innovate and then execute on the deidired plan. For example changing over to Human & organizational Standards. Currently working with partnersfrom an educational standpoiint vs the micro managing style that they are used to, I’ll call it partner empowerment.

What role does soil separation play in Quality and Fire Prevention?
Being able to provide the customer with a clean in tact product. Innerm ixing product types poses risk for spontaneous combustion. Also mixing it ensures that they will not be clean as some of the product will be washed on the wrong Formula.
What role do the Reliability and Quality Sections of the RSQ Scorecard play in a good safety program?
This ensures that scheduled preventative maintence is completed on time, it also enusres that all pother maintenance is compoleted in accordance to our programs. Quality is done and accurate. This demonstrates are dedication to safety as both reliability and quality play a role in our safety program. Such as sending out product that is clean and meets our standards. If not we find those items and educate our partners on what right looks like.
