WHS act 2011 ensures the PCBU provide a safe & healthy wplace. It requires workers use safe work practices. IF NOT FOLLOWED= - damage to plant or equipment - injuries, minor, major - decreased productivity, staff morale - increased absenteeism IMPLICATIONS - heavy fines - penalties for employees & employers.
