Principle 1
Put the wishes, needs and wellbeing of the child and desired outcomes of the adult at risk first

Are alert to the needs of individuals at risk and understand what action to take

Share appropriate information and have access to discuss concerns about an individual at risk

Ability to use professional judgement to work with the individuals needs and personal outcomes

Work in a multi agency and cooperative way, record decisions and review progress

Having uninterrupted time with a manager to look at knowledge and concerns to avoid harm from happening, to share information.
