  5. If a hole is present in the exhalation duct, Cabin Crew will notice a strong irritating odour due to traces of chlorine in the oxygen from the starter candle. Chlorine is irritating to the eyes, nose and throat. If experiencing these symptoms Cabin Crew should remove the PBE at once and don another unit
