foot on service brake

release (push in) parking brake
foot on service brake do not let it roll
wait one minute, psi not leak more than 3psi/min
ask tester if she wants to time you
pump brake at 60 psi alarm will sound
continue pumping brake at 30 psi brake button pops out
start engine
