What about SA?
Respect solution constraints and guardrails.
What are the official SAFe ceremonies at the team level?
Daily Standup - Iteration review 3w (present status of activities) - Backlog Refinement: every week when necessary - Iteration Retro (bilan : what happened and what to add every end of iter) - Iteration Planning.
What are the official SAFe ceremonies at the train level?
ART Sync (Scrum of scrums: reunion of all SMs+ PO sync:etat lieux backlog) weekly meeting in all iterations- System demo (after iteration that were done in teams aux stakeholders & train & amigos) - PI planning prepa - inspect & adapt (once per pi/ volontariat: what was wrong, non functional comm in teams..etc)- PI planning 3m. for 2w
What are train level sessions?
Management review meeting - Business Owner tour - Draft and Final Plan review.
What are the 3 levels of backlog?
Portfolio Backlog - Product Backlog - Team Backlog.
What is the difference between Epics, Features and Stories.
Epics: items delivered by 1+ trains in more than one Program Increment PI. (has hypothesis, and defines minimum, viable product which is simplest thing that can possibly prove the hypothesis)
Features: Items delivered by 1 train in 1 PI.
Stories: items delivered by 1 team in 1 iteration (sprint).
Enablers: non-functional deliveries (every level).
What is the content of a Feature?
title, description, benefit hypothesis (what will it bring to customer/time contraints/deadlines..reduce risk/create new opportunities? useful for WSJF prioritization), acceptance criteria (not dod)
What is the feature workflow?
Funnel > Analyzing > Backlog > Implementing > In test > Deployment (not activated) > Releasing > Done.
