1. One provider should treat/communicate with patient on scene and transport
2. Obtain medial records
   a. Prescription/nonprescription drugs
   b. Underlying organic cause (brain tumor,
   chemotherapy, hypo/hyperglycemia)
   c. Previous psyche problems

C. How do you apply patient restraints?
D. Can you hog tie?

C. Restrain to allow rapid and adequate airway maintenance and preservation of peripheral circulation and neurological function.
