If you treat your employees well through training, benefits, motivation, they are more
likely to perform better.

Usually, the more qualified an employee is, the more expensive they are!
Providing more training for workers costs money.

This is the stage where the employer must plan the number of employees required
and compare this to the number of employees they have. If the business is set to grow, then is stands to reason that more employees are
likely to be needed.
Issues the business will need to consider when planning for staff
- Find out the jobs the staff will do and when they will be needed
- Find out the number of employees required for the next year and beyond to fill any
gaps. - Complete a skills audit to see if there are any gaps in current workforce.
How will staff ideas, skill and
knowledge contribute to a business?
Employees should be encouraged to make
new ideas; this creates a new and exciting
workplace with lots of opportunity.
