Power-interested grid
This classifies stakeholders in terms of two dimensions: power and interest.
Power-interested grid: High-power, interested
Fully engaged, with the greatest efforts made to satisfy them
Power-interested grid: High-power, less interested
Require enough effort to keep them
satisfied, but not so much that they become bored or irritated with the message
Power-interested grid: Low-power interested
Kept adequately informed with checks to ensure that no major issues are arising.
These groups may be very helpful with the detail of the project.
Power-interested grid: Low-power, low interest
Need monitoring, though without excessive communication.
Stakeholder Engagement: Two types
Formal and Informal
