A

What is endometriosis?

A

Chronic disease occurs when tissue that lines the uterus migrates and grow in the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, and pelvic cavity.

What is Pelvic inflammatory disease?

A

Infection of fallopian tubes, ovaries, and surrounding areas of pelvis. Usually caused by STI’s. Can damage reproductive system.

What are ovarian cysts?

A

Fluid filled sacs on the ovaries, usually go away on its own, or, if too large, surgery is needed. Usually don’t feel unless they are large.

A
