Firearm DEFINITION
A
Anything from which an shot, bullet, missile or other projectile can be discharged BY FORCE OF EXPLOSIVE

- Anything that has been ADAPTED
- Not capable but which BY ITS COMPLETION/the REPLACEMENT of any component parts/CORRECTION or REPAIR of any defects would be a firearm
- which for the time being, is dismantled/partially dismantled
- especially dangerous air gun

16-18yrs requires a FLICNO for both a firearm and an air gun

18+yrs requires a FLCINO for a firearm but not for an air gun

FLICNO information
A
- renewed every 10yrs
- if FLICNO is not produced when requested you MUST within 7days
- notify Police within 30days of change of address
- if death/injury occur report circumstances to Police ASAP
