Warrantless search of people, vehicle or place for arms

3 reasons when S.18 applies…
A
1) Breach of Arms Act 1983
2) Person is INCAPABLE because of physical/mental condition of having proper control or could kill/injure any person
3) Person has PO against them or grounds to apply for one or there is a PSO issued against them

If a person is found with the above reasons then you may…
A
Search them, anything in their possession, enter and search vehicle/place, and seize any arms and firearms license
