> 20% decrease in resting HR HR < 40bpm, > 130bpm MAP < 65, > 110mmHg OH Severe agitation RASS > 2 Sedation or coma RASS less than or equal to -3 EKG changes, angina, diaphoresis O2 sats decrease 4% or < 88-90% RR < 5 breaths/min, > 40 breaths/min, intolerable dyspnea Pt discomfort/refusal
