Entry without warrant to arrest person and lawfully it large.
Any Constable may enter a place or vehicle without warrant to search for and arrest a person if the Constable has RGTS:
A person is unlawfully at large and
To believe that person is on there

SEARCH FOR PERSON UNLAWFULLY AT LARGE
A Constable exercising stopping power under section 9 may do any of the following:
a. Require any PERSON in vehicle who you have RGTS is UNLAWFULLY AT LARGE or has committed an imprisonable offence to supply name, address, other contact details and dob.
Search vehicle for person UNLAWFULLY AT LARGE and evidential material.

A Constable may, without warrant, enter a place or vehicle, search it, seize any arms or licence under the Arms Act 1983, found in there.

Warrantless search of PLACES & VEHICLES in relation to MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT 1975
You may enter and search a place or vehicle without warrant if you have reasonable grounds to-
- Suspect that in that place or vehicle an offence against the Misuse of Drugs Act 2012 has or is about to be committed in respect to that controlled drug or precursor.
- Believe it is not practical to obtain warrant.

Obtaining authorisation for road block.
SENIOR CONSTABLE (sergeant +) may authorise roadblock to arrest person that they-
- has RGTB that in or on that vehicle there is a person who has RGTS has committed an offence punishable by a term of imprisonment or is unlawfully at large.
- has RGTS that the vehicle will travel past the place where it is proposed that the road block be established.

- Establish road block
- Stop vehicles at road block
- Require any person in or on any vehicle stopped who you have RGTS had committed an imprisonable offence to state their name, address, and date of birth.
- Search the vehicle for the person
