Asthma

Dyspnoea, tachypnoea, tachycardia, chest tightness, wheeze, cough, anxiety

Severe= accessory muscles, loud wheeze, distant breath sounds, dyspnoea-only words can be spoken, fatigue, apprehension, reap failure

Complications= dehydration, reap infections, atelectasis, pneumothorax

Blue Bloater-Productive cough, cyanosis, evidence of right side heart failure, distended neck veins, oedema, liver engorgement, enlarged heart, loud tho chi, wheeze

pink puffer- Dyspnoea, barrel chest, tachypnoea, accessory muscles, lean forward to breath, diminished breath sounds, percussion tone hyper-resonant

Pneumonia

Rapid onset chills, fever, productive cough (rusty/purulent), pleuritic pain that increases with breathing, limited breath sounds and fine crackles

Legionella pneumonia-fever, dry cough, dyspnoea, general malaise, chills, headache, confusion, anotexia, diarrhoea, myalgia, arthralgias
