You can enter and search. Not search for EM unless arrest made s83-88.

A

Exercising search warrant can detain any person determine whether connection between them and the object of search if person:
-was there at the start
-arrived at place or stops at, oe enters, tries to enter, vehicle while search carried out.
You can use reasonable force to detain.
