A
Created the tort, when water escaped from a reservoir and flooded nearby properties. It involved the escape of a dangerous thing that is stored on one property, causing damage to another property and is normally a one-off incident.

A
The D will be liable even if he tried his best not to allow the dangerous thing to escape or did not know about it. C must have a proprietary interest in the land concerned and D must be the occupier of the land or accumulator of dangerous thing.
