What is the unstressed “O”?

Where would the stresses be located?
A
An unstressed ‘o’ is reduced to either
(a) a weak ‘a’ sound if the ‘o’ is at the beginning of the word or in the syllable immediately before the stress.
(b) an ever weaker ‘e’ (as in father) in all other unstressed syllables.

What does ‘e’ and ‘R’ sound when they are not stressed?
What do they sound like at the end of the word?
A
The sound like a weak “N” which is ‘ee’.
At the end of the word they often sound more like the ‘e’ in (father).
