Overtaking

3) blind rise/curve/low visibility. Be aware of stationary buses.
Being overtaken/overtaking on the left
1) move left
2) don’t accelerate
Left= other is on right/oneway/wide roads. Yellow=no touch
Passing oncoming vehicles
Keep left/ space
Road Shoulders
1) no touching white/ yellow line. Only (overtaking/ single lane/sunrise-set/visibility 150m
Traffic lanes/circles/ stopping on the road
1) mirror/signal/blind spot/don’t straddle(wheels same lane)
2) mini circles give way
3) stop only when instructed or accidents
Crossing/ entering/signals
1) No when in dangerous spot/obstruction
2) signals(direct/speed/stop)
3) visible(indicate/stop lights/hands) cancel after
4) no hands on the freeway
Turning at intersections
1) no danger/ obstruct.
2) yellow= mandatory. White= move lanes arrows ahead
3) left= indicate( merge in traffic)right=yield
4) two way- cross in centre(left) turn=pass left island/ officer in control( Don’t cut corners)
Parking
1)stop= offload. Demarcated(fine/ impound)
2) only emergency services. One way(park right)
3outer edges right wheels not 450mm+ roadways
No stopping/No Parking
9m pedestrian crossing
5m tunnel/subway/bridge/construction
5m from intersection. 1.5 m from fire hydrant.1 m road edge/ urban area( unless demarcated)
No stopping places
1) another vehicle( road 9m wide)
2) railways/ obstruct or danger or island/ freeway
No Parking Places
1) obscure sign
2) pavement( unless for sale)
3) vehicle entry/ actuating mechanism(urban)
4) outer kerbside( wheels 450 mm road)/ 2 way less 5m wide
5) island/ pedestrian lane
