When should you not drive on a “dedicated road to another vehicle”?
A
During peak times (6am-9am and 4pm- 6:30pm)

Towing (5 rules)
A
- Distance between the two vehicles should not be more than 3.5m
- If distance is more than 1.8m, a red flag 🚩 must be present.
- Licensed driver must control the towed vehicle
- Max Speed = 30km/h
- No passengers in the towed vehicle

- Vehicle obstructing traffic/ causing potential danger.
- Left for more than 24h on a non-public road
- Left 7 days on a public road/ testing center
- Vehicle with no plate number/ false plate number
- Vehicle without an owner/ difficult identify owner
- Vehicle parked on non-parking area
