What vessels are required to provide a 96hr ANOA to the national vsl movement center?
All Foreign & Domestic Vsl’s
- 300GT or more, bound for a port or place in the U.S.
- Vsl’s carrying CDC’s
- Tug & Barge, if on an international voyage or from Hawaii
What is the Port Angeles Pilots Agreement?
Vsl’s will use an assist tug entering/departure Port Angeles Harbor when:
- Laden Tankers (Petro/LPG-LPN) cargo vsls exceeding 40,000 DWT
- Vsl’s exceeding 40,000 DWT; When vsls in #1 are anchored in harbor.
- Vsl’s exceeding 800 FT in length and 40 FT draft.
- All oversized Tankers; remeasured to >125,000 DWT
