  3. Vsl’s exceeding 800 FT in length and 40 FT draft.

All navigable waters of Puget Sound W/I the International Boundary, out approximately 200 NM and as far S as 47’-32N, in addition it follows the 49th Parallel to North Dakota including all of Montana and portions of Northern Idaho and Northern Washington.

A

All navigable CA/US waters bound by a line west 2.5 NM of Bonilla Point and Tatoosh Island. The 49th parallel from Vancouver Island to U.S. Mainland and a line from McCurdy Point to Partridge Point.
