An intentional infliction of an apprehension of an imminent contact
False Imprisonment
An intentional act or omission by the D that causes the P to be confined or restrained to a bounded area
IIED
Intentional extreme and dangerous conduct by the D that causes the P to suffer severe ED
Trespass to Land
An intentional act by D that causes a physical invasion of the P’s real property
Trespass to Chattels
An intentional act by the D that causes an interference with the P’s right of possession in a chattel, resulting in damages (chattel impaired, possessor deprived of use for substantial time, bodily harm caused)
Conversion
An intentional act by the D that causes a serious interference with the P’s right of possession of a chattel that actor may be required to pay full value (extent/duration, intent to assert a right, good faith)
