The rule of law means
A
The law applies to everyone
Nobody is above the law and everyine is responsible for upholding the law.

What are judges entrusted with?
A
Determining breaches of the law and they ‘make the law’ as they do this by setting down guidelines about how law is to be interpreted and applied.

The constituion section 1(c)
A
declares that South Africa is based on the rule of law. This means that everyone must obey the constitutipn oncluding the president when he apponts the National Director of Public Prosections.
