Act of Parliament can overrule any other law and no other body has the right to override or set aside an Act of Parliament

Principle of natural justice
the rule against bias (nemo iudex in causa sua) and the right to a fair hearing (audi alteram partem) rules
that protect minimum rights of the individual against the arbitrary procedure
