members of the Court who participated in the deliberation on the merits of the cae before its assignment to a member for the writing of the decision

What is the required votes for reaching a decision in CA?
A
A unanimous vote of the three justices. If it is not reached, the Presiding Justice shall designate two more justices. A majority of the special division of 5 is needed to for the pronouncement of judgment or final resolution
