Describe visual
Costume change – female soloist (Ruby Tuesday) wearing a long sleeve plain red dress with bare feet and long loose hair. The male quartet (back up dancers) are wearing their normal suits but with black jackets on (blend into the background)
Lighting is less harsh compared to PIB – lighting becomes brighter when they launch Ruby into the air.
Describe the transition from Ruby Tuesday to Play with fire
Closing Ruby Tuesday
Ruby spins into centre stage then brings her wrists together she circles them ones infront of her before circling them downwards letting her torso drop forwards and her arms drop
Music stops before the lights fades focusing on her ending position
Opening Play with fire
Lights come up and Ruby stands up pushing her hair away and then walks off slowly stage left twirling her hair in her fingers
Music starts and the female soloist walks on behind her (back stage left)
The man walks on up stage right
