A

“(Callsign) Avoiding Action, Turn (left/right) immediately heading (three digits).”

Then pass traffic information.

“(Callsign), traffic (left/right) (number) o’clock, range (number) miles, (crossing left/right, right/left ahead/behind, opposite direction/same direction), (level information).”
