- Normal scapular mechanics by 12 weeks.

  • Pendulums
  • elbow/wrist and hand AAROM
  • PROM in all planes (IR/ER 45 in scapular plane)
  • Scapular retraction
  • Core work started 2-3 weeks out
  • Aerobic conditioning on Bike
