What does prejudice mean?
Prejudice is a preconceived opinion or feeling without thought, knowledge or reason
What does discrimination mean?
Unjust or prejudice treatment towards categories of people usually on race, age, sex or disability.
What does racism mean?
Prejudice or discrimination to an individual or community against a person’s racial or ethnic group.
What does ageism mean?
Prejudice or discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age.
What does sexism mean?
The belief that one gender is more superior than the other
What is homophobia?
Dislike or prejudice against gay people.
What is dualism?
Dualism is the belief of 2 realms: the physical and the immaterial. Or that there are 2 different supreme gods.
What is the soul?
The spiritual or immaterial part of the human being (immortal)
What is reincarnation?
Reincarnation is the rebirth of a soul in another body upon death.
What is Karma?
Karma is the sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence viewed as deciding their fate in future existences.
What is pyre?
A heap of combustible material especially for burning a corpse at a funeral
What is cremation?
Cremation is when you burn a body to ashes by fire especially at a funeral.
What is a zombie?
A corpse said to be revived or reanimated (by witchcraft)
What is a ghost?
A ghost is a soul of a dead person, a spirit.
What is heaven?
Heaven is a super-natural place where god resides. If you are righteous, you can go there in the after life. (People are rewarded for their good deeds)
What is Hell?
Hell is an afterlife location where evil souls are subjected to suffering and torture, as eternal punishment after death. (people are punished for their wrong actions)
What is autonomy mean?
Autonomy is the person’s ability to act on his or her own values. Like someone’s rights and how free they are to do something.
