Also use smaller craft such as Offshore Raiding Craft, Raiding Craft or Zodiacs

3 batallions in active rotation, allowing deploymet, recovery and training.

- 42 (four two) Commano - current lead commando. Specialise in maritime security
- 45 (four five) Commando - In training and will become next lead commando in 2015. Specialise in Amphibious Assault
- 40 (Forty) Commando - undergoing training

- Armoured Support Group - Operate vikings
- Command Logistic Regiment - Provides equipment, medical and logistic support
- Commando Engineers - Provide route maintenance, bridging, supplies, construction, demolition and mine clearance
