Each soldier strives to perfect his craft to achieve his mission. He should have full knowledge of his job, has proficiency in training and in combat, in peacekeeping and in the implementation of national policies for development.
PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE
A soldier’s uniform reflects both their individual character and the organization they represent. Taking pride in its care and the insignia it bears sets the soldier apart and demonstrates their commitment.
Pride in uniform
is paramount for a soldier. It’s essential for survival and mission success, demanding unwavering obedience and enforced by those in command.
self-discipline
is a blend of commitment, knowledge, and skills, demonstrated through dedicated duty, discipline, and competence. It fosters impartiality, objectivity, and non-partisanship, supporting common goals for the well-being of the people.
Military professionalism
All soldiers are both citizens and military personnel, hence are subject to the same law and shall uphold the same as part of their duty of service to the country. In case of conflict, the higher military standard of conduct required under the same set of circumstances in either system, is always paramount.
adherence to law
Military authority flows through the Chain of Command, with non-commissioned officers playing a crucial role in implementing orders. Soldiers must respect this chain and also defer to civilian authority as part of their responsibility.
