Blush tendency long-standing
Exacerbation alcohol, spicy food, sudden temp change, hot drinks, sunlight
Caused by topical steroids
Eye symptoms: burning, itching, redness, grittiness

Clinical Features
A
- Symmetrical rash affecting face
- Dome-shaped erythematous papules
- Erythema & telangiectasia
- Greasy skin but little scaling
- Facial swelling
- Bulbous nose
-Absence pustules on trunk

Management
A
GENERAL
Soap substitutes
Sun protection
MEDICAL
Mild: topical metranidazole
Severe: oral antibiotics and retinoid
Cosmetic camouflage/laser surgery
