Exacerbation alcohol, spicy food, sudden temp change, hot drinks, sunlight
Caused by topical steroids

Eye symptoms: burning, itching, redness, grittiness

A
  • Symmetrical rash affecting face
  • Dome-shaped erythematous papules
  • Erythema & telangiectasia
  • Greasy skin but little scaling
  • Facial swelling
  • Bulbous nose

A

GENERAL
Soap substitutes

MEDICAL
Mild: topical metranidazole
