Putting two words together to make a new word.

A recently created word that can be used to describe some new concept.
Loan words
Words borrowed from another language.
Agglutination
Creating new words by adding prefixes and suffixes to existing root words.
Abbreviation
A shortened form of a written word or phrase used in place of the whole word or phrase.
