c) Concrete roof tiles of 420x332mm exceeding 25 deg, fixed to 38x50mm sawn SAP purlin battens @ 400mm centres, with underlays and necessary fixing accessories - 50m2

With structural timber, the various components of roof trusses may be grouped together, however what should be given separately? (3)
“Members of roof trusses may be grouped together, but
1) Plates, 2) Bearers 3) Joists 4) Purlins 5) Battens 6) Fillets 7) Trimmers etc. are given SEPARATELY
If the roof truss construction is described as plate nailed, how will you measure the following:

b) Purlins, bracing etc.

What is crank and bullnose and how will you measure it? (2)
It is roof edges that are bent or circular and shall be given as EXTRA OVER coverings in meter, statin the angle and radius, where appropriate

It is a timber beam made of various pieces glued together and pressed together.
It will be measure in NUMBER stating the shape
How will you measure rout ends to sawn timber?

The floor slab to height of a building is 4.2m, the drawings specify that the floor to ceiling height of a suspended ceiling is 3m. What is eh height category of the ceilings?
