Romulus and Remus as her own. As the boys grew into men, the two planned to build a kingdom, but they disagreed over the location of the
new civilization. As Romulus began construction on the city, the two
fought, and Romulus killed Remus. Romulus finished the city, named
it Roma (the Italian name for Rome) after himself, and made himself king
