Gargoyle
A spout in a grotesquely carved human or animal projecting from a roof gutter
Grotesque
A grotesquely carved figure of a mythical or imaginary figure; an ornament on a building

The glass is made with colors fused into it, forming a permanent bond. The pieces of glass are then arranged in a pattern and held together by lead strips

A segmental arch transmitting an outward and downward thrust to a solid buttress that through its inertia transforms the thrust into a vertical one

An arch having a pointed apex giving structures strength and stability
