latifundia is a large state of land controlled by a rich famili

farmers turned in to slaves of their own land and they werent even payed right also if they went to the city there was going to be over population
why werent the patricians stoped because of latifundia
they weretn stoped because they were the ones who controlled the laws and goverment so they thought it was right
